Outdoor Play

Our fantastic sand-filled outdoor area is now open for play!

Our extensive outdoor area includes both sand and water play, as well as swings, spinners, slides, climbers etc. The children can make sand pies using the “Waterfall” equipment with troughs, buckets and spades provided; they can scoop up the sand using the cranes and pulleys and pour it back down through the tubes.

There is an outdoor animal petting area where trained staff provide informative sessions with our resident guinea pigs and rabbits, giving the children the chance to learn about keeping small pets and the opportunity to hold and stroke the animals.

You will understand that we may have to close it sometimes due to the great British weather. However, we will try to remain open as much as possible to help you to ensure your kids get the fresh air and exercise they need. We ask for your help in trying to keep the sand outside! There is a hand/foot bath provided and hand towels are available to hire from reception for a 50p charge.
